A very decent hotel right on Jomtien beach. Affordable price. Large rooms with balconies. Breakfast on the upper, covered terrace overlooking the sea. Competent and helpful service. Tea, coffee and free water. Rating 7/10

An oasis on the beach away from the hustle and bustle. An unassuming entrance leads to a really amazing experience. Friendly and very efficient front-desk. The rooms are a credit to the house-keeping team. Spotless on check-in and perfectly serviced daily. I looked at a pool view room but chose a sea view. The rooms seemed equally nice. The pool view rooms would be quiet. The sea view room I chose at the front was noisy at times, especially pre dawn when the fishing boats started returning. I was warned at check-in that this would be the case. As an early riser I wasn't concerned, and indeed enjoyed being woken by the activity and wandering over the road to the beach to watch them return and sort their catch. I'll include a couple of pics as it was a real highlight for me. If you're after the bar scene it may not be the location, although a 30 minute walk or 10 minute public transport gets you amongst it. Certainly a lovely location for couples and families. Seemed to have a lot of Thais staying. Always a good sign for me. Highly recommended,

Actually, it is a nice location across Jomtien beach. Rooms were not bad for a chip price. It was noisy in the morning because of "paper" doors. Good for staying for 1-2 nights.

Very pleased with the hotel. Room we had was on the first floor near the pool, very quiet at night. Fantastic location, across the road from the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms. Cleaning every day. Change towels every day. There is a swimming pool. On the fourth floor there is an open terrace. Breakfasts are prepared in the morning. There is a night market nearby. The rooms are quiet. Friendly staff will always help. Tuk-tuks run every five minutes. For 20 baht you can drive to Pattaya. Free water, tea and coffee are provided in the rooms. Recommend.
